We’re sorry that the item you purchased is damaged, defective or wrong. Please let us look into how we can rectify this for you. Kindly contact our Customer Service Team at [email protected] with photographs of the damaged item(s), and we will provide a solution as soon as possible. Please do not send damaged items back to us without contacting us first.

Products may be exchanged or refunded within 7 days of the date of delivery.

We are sorry to hear that. Scents are subjective and what might smell good to others might not smell good to you. However, we want every Maison 21G customer to be 100% satisfied.

For our Singapore customers, if your perfume doesn't meet your expectations, simply exchange it in our boutiques. If brought to us within 7 days from the date of delivery, we are happy to exchange for a free full-sized perfume creation (30ml) of scents you enjoy. Orders must be returned in the original packaging. Scent exchanges are only available for online purchases. Perfumes bought in our boutiques will not be applicable for exchange. Please contact [email protected] to book an appointment with our boutiques.

For our international customers, unfortunately, we do not provide returns and exchanges unless your product is defective, damaged or wrong. However, do direct all your queries to [email protected] and the Customer Service Officer will see what can be done up to his/her discretion.

We offer free local shipping on orders over $75 SGD; otherwise, a $10 SGD delivery fee applies.

We also offer delivery to a range of countries worldwide. Delivery rates and lead times vary depending on the destination. Due to circumstances outside our control (individual country import duties and regulations), we are unable to ship to the following countries:

• Taiwan
• Spain
• Russia
• Uganda
• Macao
• South Africa

The costs of the return differ based on the shipping company and country that you ship it from. Please check with your local post office for the price. Returns in Singapore are free of charge.

1. Maison 21G strongly recommends that every item is returned using registered mail. If the return is not shipped using registered mail, Maison 21G cannot be held liable for missing items.
2. Please note that international return shipments are at the customer's own expense.

You can return your order following the standard procedure. We will be able to re-issue your gift card with the original validity and you can use it for future purchases.

Once we have received your shipment, we will process the return as soon as possible. It takes around two working days to start processing your return. We will send you an email once this is finished.

All our workshops are held in Singapore and in our beautiful boutiques either in Takashimaya (Monday to Sunday, 10 am - 9:30 pm) or Marina Bay Sands (Sunday to Thursday, 10:30 am - 10 pm & Friday to Saturday, 10:30 am - 11 pm). You can choose either one based on your preference.

Our phenomenal Marina Bay Sands boutique accommodates up to 15 guests, while our lovely Takashimaya boutique can host a maximum of 5 people.

We recommend that participants arrive 5-10 minutes before their scheduled appointment. In the event of lateness, the workshop time will be deducted, reducing the time available for selecting scents and creating their fragrance. If participants are more than half an hour late, scent designers reserve the right to decline entry if another workshop follows.

All workshop bookings are non-refundable but may be rescheduled up to 7 days prior to the booking date. Any booking cancelled, thereafter, shall become invalid and no refund or re-booking will be granted. All re-booked workshops may be moved to within 6 months after the original booking date.
