Composed from nothing by Johanna Monange, our French Founder and Master Perfumer, for one hotel alone. No collection, no catalogue — your signature exists nowhere else.

Professional nebulising diffusion — pure fragrance oils transformed into an ultra-fine, dry mist using only pressurised air.
No heat. No water. No residue. Every nuance of your bespoke scent is preserved, unfolding exactly as the perfumer envisioned — safe to breathe and gentle on every surface.
Commercial scent machines for hotels — HVAC, standalone and wall-mounted ambient scenting — from a 1,000 m² lobby to a single bathroom, with published coverage and no subscription. The hardware is the easy part; what goes inside it is composed for you alone.

Bought once, never rented. Every machine carries a one-year warranty with no-questions-asked replacement and no monthly maintenance fee of any kind. Indicative prices in USD, ex-works Singapore.
One litre of your bespoke oil in a sustainable aluminium bottle, compatible with every AirElite machine, lasting roughly six weeks per unit. Reordered against your existing formula — no re-approval, no reformulation, no change to the guest experience.
Every diffusion company sells a machine and a fragrance from their library — the same one they sell to hotels in forty other cities, usually on a subscription.
We have no library. No catalogue, no house collection, no numbered range. Every fragrance is composed from nothing by Johanna Monange, our Founder and Master Perfumer, for one property alone — then runs from your lobby into your bathroom, your spa and the candle a guest carries home.

A complete 360° hotel scent ecosystem: lobby and corridors, guest rooms and suites, spa and wellness, restaurants and public bathrooms, refillable bathroom amenities, and the hotel retail collection a guest buys on the way out. One olfactory identity rather than a scent that stops at the door — and equally suited to luxury resorts, branded residences, spas and private clinics. Full range and quotation on request.
A high proportion of natural essences, and nothing we would not want a child to breathe.
No animal testing, no animal-derived ingredients. PETA-approved.
No preservatives, colourants or GMOs in any fragrance we compose.
A high content of pure natural essential oils, sourced from their terroirs.
Gentle enough for nurseries, veterinary and medical spaces, spas and wellness.
We size the system against your floor plans, zones and ceiling heights.
A conversation with Johanna Monange on your heritage, region and guest.
Five directions per round, composed by our Founder until it is yours.
HVAC integration by your engineers, or standalone units with no works at all.
Reordered against your formula. No re-approval, no monthly fee.
Tell us your spaces and we will tell you how many units you need, what it costs to buy, and what it costs to run.
Tell us your spaces and we return a configuration with a purchase cost and an annual running cost — then a conversation with Johanna Monange, our Founder and Master Perfumer, about the fragrance itself.
No subscription, no monthly fee, no obligation. Your formula is owned solely by your property, never reused, never offered elsewhere.
Hotel scent marketing — also called olfactory branding or sensory branding — is the practice of giving a property its own fragrance and diffusing it consistently across the guest journey. Scent is processed in the same region of the brain as memory, which is why a signature is recalled long after a logo is forgotten. Done properly it lifts brand recall, emotional attachment and perceived luxury, and opens a retail line in candles, reed diffusers and room fragrance.
With a perfumer, not a scent consultant working from a library. At Maison 21G Paris the olfactive brief covers your heritage, your region, your values and what a guest should feel on arrival. Johanna Monange, our Founder and Master Perfumer, then composes across three rounds with at least five distinct directions per round. The finished formula is your olfactory identity, owned solely by your property under contract.
The AirElite M1600 HVAC scent diffuser connects to your existing air handling and releases a dry cold-air micro-mist of pure fragrance oil into the duct, which carries it evenly through the served spaces. There is no heat, no water and no residue — only pressurised air, so the fragrance reaches the guest exactly as the perfumer composed it.
For most lobbies, the M1600 HVAC scent machine, covering 600 to 1,000 m². Where there is no suitable HVAC access, the standalone Tower M1200 covers 300 to 400 m² at under 50 dBA — quiet enough for a hotel lobby at night. For lounges and meeting rooms of 50 to 100 m² the M150, and for public bathrooms the wall-mounted M100.
There are no monthly fees at any point. You buy the commercial scent diffuser once — $1,000 for the M1600, $500 for the Tower M1200, $300 for the M150, $100 for the M100 — and then only the fragrance refill, from $180 to $250 per litre depending on volume, lasting roughly six weeks per machine. That is the entire running cost, and it is the sharpest difference between us and a subscription scenting company.
It depends on square metreage, ceiling height, air movement and how many zones you want scented. As a guide: one M1600 per 600 to 1,000 m² of HVAC-served space, one Tower M1200 per 300 to 400 m² standalone, one M150 per 50 to 100 m² lounge or meeting room. Send your floor plans and we will size it properly and return a quotation.
No, and that is deliberate. Maison 21G has no library, no house collection and no numbered range. Every bespoke hotel fragrance is composed from nothing by our Founder and Master Perfumer for one property alone, then owned by that property permanently and exclusively under contract — never reused, replicated or offered to another hotel.
They are technology companies; we are a perfumery. Their hardware is good and their libraries are extensive, but the fragrance is chosen from a catalogue available to every hotel that calls them, usually on a monthly subscription. Ours is composed for you by a Master Perfumer, the machine is bought once with no service fee, and the same signature continues into your amenities, spa collection and retail fragrance — a complete hotel scent solution rather than a diffusion contract.
Yes, and this is the whole point of a 360° scent ecosystem. One olfactory identity runs from lobby diffusion through corridors and guest rooms into refillable bathroom amenities, pillow mists, spa collections, candles, reed diffusers and room fragrance a guest can buy and take home. No scent marketing company can offer that, because they do not formulate cosmetics.
Yes. Low MOQ hotel scenting is one of our strengths — a boutique hotel can start with a single Tower M1200 in the lobby and a bespoke fragrance, then add scented objects as the programme grows. We work equally with five-star groups, luxury resorts, branded residences, spas and wellness properties, and private clinics.
The Tower M1200 runs at under 50 dBA, below normal conversation; HVAC units sit within your plant, so guests hear nothing. Our compositions are vegan, cruelty-free and PETA-approved, free from CMR substances, phthalates, parabens, preservatives, colourants and GMOs, with a high content of natural essential oils. They are gentle enough for nurseries, veterinary and medical spaces, spas and wellness environments.
Yes, and our lead times suit it: four to six weeks for fragrance development, then commissioning alongside your programme. We work directly with procurement, purchasing and project teams, respond to tender and RFP documentation, and supply hotels across Singapore, Dubai, the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Europe, the United Kingdom, the United States and Australia.
