How it works

You select the amount & type of voucher
Select a physical voucher or e-voucher, then choose the amount you wish to gift your loved one. If the default options don't match, you're free to choose a specific amount for your voucher.

Fill recipient’s details
Insert the recipient's address and personalise your gift further with a heartfelt note and the date you want the voucher to be delivered.

We send it their way
The gift voucher will be sent directly to your giftee and they can take it to one of our high street stores or use it online to purchase the products.

Depending on the date you choose, the voucher can be sent out in a few hours.

Our vouchers generally get sent out around midday Singapore time.

The value of the voucher is used to offset the amount offered by you. However, the amount can be topped up by credit card online or in our boutique by your giftee should they wish to purchase more!

The gift voucher has to be used up in one go as the code can only be typed in once.

Sometimes, the perfect gift is the gift of choice. With a Maison 21G Gift Card, your lucky recipient will receive a card in the post, featuring an elegant physical gift card from you pre-loaded with the sum of your choice.

This Gift Card can be redeemed in any Maison 21G boutique in their country, and will be valid for one year after the date of purchase. Your giftee can choose anything they desire upon visiting our boutiques - from personalised perfumes to a tailor-made item from our Home Scents collection, all made with sustainable and clean ingredients - the choice is entirely theirs!

A Physical Gift Card can be redeemed in any Maison 21G boutique in the giftee's country, and will be valid for one year after your date of purchase. Your lucky recipient will receive a beautiful card in the post with the sum of your choice and your hand written message, then they're free to choose anything they desire upon visiting our boutiques.

With an e-Gift Card, your giftee will receive an email stating the amount you have gifted them along with your personalised message. They can only redeem the voucher via the Maison 21G online store, www.maison21g.com, and the selection of bespoke products they will receive at the address of their choice is entirely their own. From personalised perfumes to tailor-made items from our Home Scents collection - all made with sustainable and clean haute couture ingredients - with Maison 21G E-Gift Cards, you can rest assured you have made the right choice for them with no worry whatsoever!
