When you receive your reed diffuser kit, open your stylish reed bottle, pour your 2 droppers of essence into it, close your bottle and shake vigorously. Open your bottle again, apply the decorative gold collar and insert your reeds. Your bespoke reed diffuser is ready to diffuse your unique Haute couture bespoke scent in any room! From blissfully relaxing fragrances to vibrant, sensual or invigorating ambiences, the possibilities are endless with a Maison 21G bespoke reed diffuser.

We encourage you to reverse the sticks at least every 2 days to allow for a better diffusion of your scent.

We are striving to ensure that our products are recyclable (and yes, that means you can switch up your scent choices whenever you choose!), our packaging is as green as can be, and our ingredients are sourced from ethical producers.

- How to return your product:

Scents are subjective and what might smell good to others might not smell good to you. However, we want every Maison 21G customer to be 100% satisfied.

For our Singapore customers, if your perfume (only for perfume creation) doesn't meet your expectations simply exchange it in our boutiques. If brought to us within 7 days from the date of delivery, we are happy to exchange for a free full-sized perfume creation (30ml) of scents you enjoy for our Singapore customers. Orders must be returned in the original packaging. Scent exchanges are only available for online purchases. Perfume bought in our boutiques will not be applicable for exchange. Please contact [email protected] to book an appointment with our boutiques.

For our international customers, unfortunately we do not provide returns and exchanges unless your product is defective, damaged or wrong. However, do direct all your queries to [email protected] and the Customer Service Officer will see what can be done up to his/her discretion.

Maison 21G reserves the right to reject any exchange or return that does not comply with any of the above policies or for any other reason.

During a promotion/sale period, exchanges or refunds will not be applicable.

Local Singapore Delivery

We offer free local shipping on orders over $75 SGD; otherwise, a $10 SGD delivery fee applies. Orders take around 3-5 business days to reach you (Monday - Friday, excluding major holidays). We offer express shipping at a fixed fee of 22SGD, please contact [email protected] should you require such a service.

‍International Delivery

Maison 21G ships to a range of countries worldwide. Unfortunately, there are some countries where we cannot yet ship perfume products - enter your address at checkout to see whether we ship to your country.

Shipping charges are auto-generated by our system according to the location of your delivery address. International delivery usually takes 6 to 8 business days from the date of shipment. However, parcels may experience customs delays that are beyond our control.

All international airmail parcels will include a tracking number, which you can track on the DHL website. (https://www.dhl.com/en/express/tracking.shtml)

Please note that during sale and promotions, shipping may take longer. Kindly allow 7-14 business days for your parcel to arrive.

When your reed diffuser runs out of your chosen perfume essences, you can easily refill it with the same fragrance or explore new scent pairings for your home. This flexibility is part of our commitment to sustainability, allowing you to reuse your elegant reed diffuser bottle and holder while reducing glass waste for a brighter future.

To refill your diffuser, visit our Home Scent Oil Refill page and select two 15ml oils to add to your cart. At checkout, please indicate that your purchase is for a reed diffuser refill. Then, contact us at [email protected] to order a 170ml reed diffuser base, Augeol (100% biodegradable), which can be mixed with your selected oils.

Before refilling, we recommend thoroughly rinsing your reed diffuser bottle with hot water to ensure a fresh start for your new blend. With this refill process, you have the freedom to choose and combine as many oils as you like, creating a bespoke reed diffuser scent tailored to your home.

Yes, all of our oils are compatible with any diffuser, oil burner or electrical diffusion device. Simply head to our Home Scent Oil Refill page where you can choose your scent and the size (3ml or 15ml) and add to your cart. You can mix your selection in water or use them pure and undiluted. All of our oils are suitable and safe for the whole family.

Yes - you are welcome to visit the Home Scent Oil Refill page to add as many additional oils as you wish to your cart. They can then be shipped to you individually or along with the reed diffuser creation you made with your original selection of oils. Maison 21G recommends starting with two oils for your first creation…but if you are something of a connoisseur, you’re absolutely welcome to play and blend more oils to bring depth and complexity to your reed diffuser. Ultimately, we provide the tools for creation…but you are the creator of your bespoke home scent!
