All our oil burner’s oils are clean, vegan, cruelty-free, CMR-free, paraben-free, phthalate-free and preservative-free, with high levels of natural essences. Handcrafted with a 100% biodegradable base (Augeo Crystal), your Maison 21G diffuser is safe to be breathed by your whole family, including children and pets.

Our Luciole Oil Burner, which takes its name from the French for firefly, subtly elevates your home scent and ambience with haute couture essences and its delicate soft glow. Unique, decorative and innovatively designed with brass, wood and glass, the Maison 21G Luciole creates a luxurious and discrete scented atmosphere. You can place it next to your bed, on your desk or on your outside dining table - the choice is entirely yours! Your intimate ambience can be now fully tailored to your preferred mood, simply by mixing and matching your selection from the eight oils in the Maison 21G Collection.

To use, simply remove the upper brass segment of your Luciole and place a tea light candle in the cradle. Carefully light the wick and insert the brass cradle back into the Luciole’s glass section. Add between 5 to 8 drops of your selected oils of Maison 21G into the oil brass receptacle on top, creating your very own delicate scent ambience.

Once evaporated, your scent can be easily replaced by a new mix of oils to create a new atmosphere.

Following each use of your oil burner, it is important that you clean any oil residue left on the brass surface with a damp cloth.

- How to return your product:

Scents are subjective and what might smell good to others might not smell good to you. However, we want every Maison 21G customer to be 100% satisfied.

For our Singapore customers, if your perfume (only for perfume creation) doesn't meet your expectations simply exchange it in our boutiques. If brought to us within 7 days from the date of delivery, we are happy to exchange for a free full-sized perfume creation (30ml) of scents you enjoy for our Singapore customers. Orders must be returned in the original packaging. Scent exchanges are only available for online purchases. Perfume bought in our boutiques will not be applicable for exchange. Please contact [email protected] to book an appointment with our boutiques.

For our international customers, unfortunately we do not provide returns and exchanges unless your product is defective, damaged or wrong. However, do direct all your queries to [email protected] and the Customer Service Officer will see what can be done up to his/her discretion.

Maison 21G reserves the right to reject any exchange or return that does not comply with any of the above policies or for any other reason.

During a promotion/sale period, exchanges or refunds will not be applicable.

Local Singapore Delivery

We offer free local shipping on orders over $75 SGD; otherwise, a $10 SGD delivery fee applies. Orders take around 3-5 business days to reach you (Monday - Friday, excluding major holidays). We offer express shipping at a fixed fee of 22SGD, please contact [email protected] should you require such a service.

‍International Delivery

Maison 21G ships to a range of countries worldwide. Unfortunately, there are some countries where we cannot yet ship perfume products - enter your address at checkout to see whether we ship to your country.

Shipping charges are auto-generated by our system according to the location of your delivery address. International delivery usually takes 6 to 8 business days from the date of shipment. However, parcels may experience customs delays that are beyond our control.

All international airmail parcels will include a tracking number, which you can track on the DHL website. (https://www.dhl.com/en/express/tracking.shtml)

Please note that during sale and promotions, shipping may take longer. Kindly allow 7-14 business days for your parcel to arrive.

Yes, all our oils are compatible with any oil burner. Simply head to our Home Scent Oil Refill page where you can choose your scent and the size (3ml or 15ml) and add to your cart. You can mix your selection in water or use them pure and undiluted. All of our oils are suitable and safe for the whole family.

Your Luciole Oil Burner will come with the 2 oils of your choice but you’re welcome to purchase more if you wish. Simply head to the Home Scent Oil Refill page and add as many additional 3ml or 15ml oils as you want to your cart. They can be shipped individually to you or as an accompaniment to your Reed Diffuser Creation. You can choose as many oils as you want to personalise your bespoke oil burner. Maison 21G recommends starting with 2 oils for your first creation, but if you are a connoisseur, you can play with and mix more oils to craft a more complex home scent creation. We give you the tools to create…but you are the ultimate artist of your home scent!
