All our candle perfumes are clean, vegan, cruelty-free, CMR-free, paraben-free, phthalate-free and preservative-free, and feature high levels of natural essences. Handcrafted with 100% natural wax, they are safe to be breathed by your whole family, including children and pets.

“Petite Lune” in French, means ‘little full moon’. In creating these elegant candles, we were inspired by the iconic beauty of the soft light of the full moon. Our Petites candles provide your nights at home with their uniquely subtle glow.

Made to be paired, our petites candles give you the freedom to create your own tailored scent ambience by playfully bringing together 2 scented candles in your chic infinite golden candle holder. A revolutionary innovation to create your bespoke home atmosphere.

- How to return your product:

Scents are subjective and what might smell good to others might not smell good to you. However, we want every Maison 21G customer to be 100% satisfied.

For our Singapore customers, if your perfume (only for perfume creation) doesn't meet your expectations simply exchange it in our boutiques. If brought to us within 7 days from the date of delivery, we are happy to exchange for a free full-sized perfume creation (30ml) of scents you enjoy for our Singapore customers. Orders must be returned in the original packaging. Scent exchanges are only available for online purchases. Perfume bought in our boutiques will not be applicable for exchange. Please contact [email protected] to book an appointment with our boutiques.

For our international customers, unfortunately we do not provide returns and exchanges unless your product is defective, damaged or wrong. However, do direct all your queries to [email protected] and the Customer Service Officer will see what can be done up to his/her discretion.

Maison 21G reserves the right to reject any exchange or return that does not comply with any of the above policies or for any other reason.

During a promotion/sale period, exchanges or refunds will not be applicable.

- Shipping Conditions

Local Singapore Delivery

We offer free local shipping on orders over $75 SGD; otherwise, a $10 SGD delivery fee applies. Orders take around 3-5 business days to reach you (Monday - Friday, excluding major holidays). All orders are shipped from our Singapore office via ARAMEX, unless otherwise stated. (https://www.aramex.com/sg/en/track/shipments)‍

We offer express shipping at a fixed fee of 22SGD, please contact [email protected] should you require such a service.

‍International Delivery

Maison 21G ships to a range of countries worldwide. Unfortunately, there are some countries where we cannot yet ship perfume products - enter your address at checkout to see whether we ship to your country.

Shipping charges are auto-generated by our system according to the location of your delivery address. International delivery usually takes 6 to 8 business days from the date of shipment. However, parcels may experience customs delays that are beyond our control.

All international airmail parcels will include a tracking number, which you can track on the DHL website. (https://www.dhl.com/en/express/tracking.shtml)

Please note that during sale and promotions, shipping may take longer. Kindly allow 7-14 business days for your parcel to arrive.
