Orders And Returns
My purchased item is damaged, defective or wrong.
We’re sorry that the item you purchased is damaged, defective or wrong. Please let us look into how we can rectify this for you. Kindly contact our Customer Service Team at [email protected] with photographs of the damaged item(s), and we will provide a solution as soon as possible. Please do not send damaged items back to us without contacting us first.
Products may be exchanged or refunded within 7 days of the date of delivery.
I do not like my perfume. How can I return/exchange my order?
We are sorry to hear that. Scents are subjective and what might smell good to others might not smell good to you. However, we want every Maison 21G customer to be 100% satisfied.
For our Singapore customers, if your perfume doesn't meet your expectations, simply exchange it in our boutiques. If brought to us within 7 days from the date of delivery, we are happy to exchange for a free full-sized perfume creation (30ml) of scents you enjoy. Orders must be returned in the original packaging. Scent exchanges are only available for online purchases. Perfumes bought in our boutiques will not be applicable for exchange. Please contact [email protected] to book an appointment with our boutiques.
For our international customers, unfortunately, we do not provide returns and exchanges unless your product is defective, damaged or wrong. However, do direct all your queries to [email protected] and the Customer Service Officer will see what can be done up to his/her discretion.
Which countries do you ship to?
We offer free local shipping on orders over $75 SGD; otherwise, a $10 SGD delivery fee applies.
We also offer delivery to a range of countries worldwide. Delivery rates and lead times vary depending on the destination. Due to circumstances outside our control (individual country import duties and regulations), we are unable to ship to the following countries:
- Taiwan
- Spain
- Russia
- Uganda
- Macao
- South Africa
Refunds and Returns
What are the costs to return an item?
The costs of the return differ based on the shipping company and country that you ship it from. Please check with your local post office for the price. Returns in Singapore are free of charge.
- Maison 21G strongly recommends that every item is returned using registered mail. If the return is not shipped using registered mail, Maison 21G cannot be held liable for missing items.
- Please note that international return shipments are at the customer's own expense.
I paid my order with a digital gift card, but I want to return it. How does that work?
You can return your order following the standard procedure. We will be able to re-issue your gift card with the original validity and you can use it for future purchases.
Did you receive my return?
Once we have received your shipment, we will process the return as soon as possible. It takes around two working days to start processing your return. We will send you an email once this is finished.
Simply email us at [email protected] to arrange for a return.
Please make sure to include:
- Your order number.
- Your name.
- The reason for your return (e.g. I don’t like my mix).
Do you offer delivery service?
We offer free delivery for orders in Singapore.
We also offer delivery to a range of countries worldwide. Delivery rates and lead times vary depending on the destination.
Cancellations
What is the cancellation period?
- All cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of purchase.
- Requests must be officially submitted via email to [email protected].
What is the processing time?
- Orders placed after 2:00 PM (SGT) on Fridays will be processed on the next working day.
- Once an order has been processed, it may no longer be eligible for cancellation.

Yes. We’d love to help you create your own perfume, which could be based on your perfume, your favourite ingredients or your personality.

How can you customise the perfumes for me?
We highly suggest you take the personality quiz at https://www.maison21g.com/landingquiz to help guide you in the creation of your own perfume. At the end of the quiz, there’s at least 2 unique blends that you can choose from, whether you’re looking for your fresh morning scent or a sensual evening perfume.
Can I create a scent inspired by my favourite fragrance?
We recommend all our customers to create their own one-of-a-kind scent that is uniquely them. But if you do want to recreate a scent, you definitely can try to create something similar.

What is the size/mL of the perfume bottle?
Our Eau de Parfum creations are available in 30ml bottles.
What is the size/mL of the sample?
Our Eau de Parfum samples are available in the form of dual crayons which are 2 distinctive ingredients in 2 roll-ons (2 x 5ml).
Vouchers and Promo Codes
Do you have gift vouchers?
Yes. We do have gift cards available. You can choose to gift an Eau de Parfum gift card.

Does the gift card cover postage?
Yes, you can pay for postage with the value of the gift card.
Why can’t I check out with the valid promo code?
Do note that minimum spending of S$30 is required for all promo codes.
What are the benefits of sharing my first promo code?
If you share a referral code of 15% discount to your friends and that 3 of them purchase with it, you will be offered a free perfume. We will send you an email with a promo code. When you proceed to the online checkout, enter the promo code to get your free perfume. This referral code does not include workshops and is only available online.
