When coming up with a story to announce this campaign, I combined what I’m known for on social media platforms- a stylish woman with classic pieces in her wardrobe, who has a busy schedule and conquers every day with a well put together outfit. Seeing as this collaboration was scheduled to be announced on my birthday, it was a no brainer for me to shoot this campaign by wearing one of my old birthday dresses, this is from 3 years ago, it’s a classic but it’s never complete without my signature scent. However, this campaign was shot on the 20th of October, which was the day a massacre occurred in my home country Nigeria; therefore, I’ve decided to donate a portion of the proceeds made to the #EndSars and #EndBadGovernance movement that’s currently going on in Nigeria. This is very personal to me and it’s all I ask for as a birthday gift this year. For every purchase made, you’ll be donating to this cause.
